Open enrollment is the period of time in which you can purchase a new prescription drug plan or switch from your current plan. It kicks off Oct. 15 and runs through Dec. 7.
Prescription drug formularies can change from year to year, sometimes changing the amount you pay out of pocket. If you have added new medications or switched medications, you’ll want to review the different prescription drug plans to see which offers the best prices and meets your needs.
